Berkshire Township is contracted with and uses a single trash and recycling provider. Through January 31, 2019, Republic is the provider.  As of February 1, 2019, Rumpke Waste & Recycling Services will be the new provider for all Berkshire Township residents.

If you are new to the township, please call Republic at 800-601-1867 to establish your account. Be sure to specify that you are a Berkshire Township resident as you qualify for discounted rates.

Until February 1, 2019, Republic Waste Services is the only authorized trash hauler for Berkshire Township. The link to their mailer is below. It outlines details of service, scheduling, recycling, etc. is provided here for your convenience.

At the current time, the trash collection day for township residents is Thursday (unless a listed holiday impacts the schedule.)  Recycling is every other week, depending on your address. Refer to the Map above for your week (Area A or B.)
